We were new to Florida and didn't know the Tampa area. Ryan not only educated us on the various areas but helped us focus on which would suit our wants and needs best. Ryan was always available to view properties and was patient as we took our time. We also arrived just in time for Hurricane Ian, and Ryan was very helpful preparing us for our first hurricane. We finally found a beautiful home in Riverview and couldn't be happier! We will definitely be referring family and friends to Ryan in the future.
